Mr. V.H. Naushad
Mr. V.H. Naushad, the Managing Director of Ideal Habitats (Coimbatore) Pvt Ltd, graduated in Commerce in 1984 and started his business career in his family business of trading in home appliances and tools. After unravelling the intricacies of business success in trading, he ventured into the production sector and started manufacturing geysers in 1987. Thus, it was after proving his business acumen in the field of trading and manufacturing, that he made his entry into the real estate business in 2007. He was the key figure in the execution of the Phase I of Ideal Homes at Vadavalli, in Coimbatore, and, within a short span of time, with his indomitable spirit, he made a name for himself and his Company in the real estate market of Coimbatore.
Mr. Saad Mather
Mr. Saad Mather, Director, graduated from EMDI, Dubai, in Business Management and Marketing Management. He is young and energetic and hails from a family of business people. He is very enthusiastic about venturing into real estate business, as he has some overseas experience in the segment. He has a lot of innovative ideas about the marketing aspect of real estate development.
Mr. Zain ul Hazan
Mr. Zain ul Hazan, Director, is a young graduate in Commerce and post-graduate in Advertising and Marketing. He hails from a family with business background and ventured into full time business activities, soon after completing his education. He hitches his wagon to a star and dreams big, but studies ground realities thoroughly before translating his dreams into customer comforts and company assets. He is in charge of the marketing operations of the firm and is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy. He was involved in all procedures and processes during the planning and execution of Ideal Homes Phase I. He is a nature lover and enjoys travelling in his spare time.
